ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right to access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a £20 (non refundable) deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation for all packages. For all Packages, Spa Days & Pamper Parties you are respectfully advised that the full package costs will be incurred if less than 48 hours notice is given of a cancellation or postponement. Gift Voucher number, Debit or Credit card details will be required at time of booking and card will be charged for full amount in the event of no show. For all other treatments should you need to cancel your appointment we kindly request 48 hours notice or the full cost of the treatment will
be charged. However, this may be waived if you reschedule your appointment within 4 weeks of cancellation.
To make the most of your treatment, it’s a good idea to arrive on time.
If you arrive late as a result of pesky traffic or an unexpected hold up, we will do our best to accommodate you but please understand that we may have to reduce your treatment time, or in case of a short appointment, we may not be able to do your treatment at all which will result in a missed appointment charge.
MOBILE PHONES AND AMBIENCE
We request that mobile phones are switched off or are placed on silent if you are expecting an urgent call. This helps to allow you and others to fully enjoy time out.
GIFTS / VOUCHERS
Vouchers can be bought online, in-store or by phone. They can be for any value or treatment and are a great way to treat a friend or loved one. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. No refunds can be given for vouchers. WESTFIELD cannot accept responsibility for loss of vouchers once issued. The voucher number must be given to confirm the booking and the usual booking policy applies.
Courses must be pre-paid, are non-transferable, non refundable and are valid for 6 months.
We welcome feedback from your treatments and we also appreciate knowing what you think about our treatment menu, newsletters or website. All feedback is treated confidentially so you can really tell us what you think! If you like what we do please tell us and spread the word. If for any reason we’ve not come up to scratch, please tell us at the time of your treatment – if we know there is a problem, or even potential problem, we will do our very best to put it right.
LOYALTY POINTS CARDS
Our Loyalty Points Card are a way of saying “Thank You” to all of our Loyal Clients. You will collect a stamp for every £20 spent on all purchases e.g. Treatments, Gift Vouchers & Products. Collect 5 Stamps get 25% off treatment of choice or collect 10 Stamps for 50% off, *Terms and conditions –Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Stamps will not be given against discounted treatments purchased through third parties. Loyalty cards have no monetary value and are NonTransferable. Loyalty cards are redeemable against treatments only. The discounts cannot be used to purchase goods, products or gift vouchers.
MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR VISIT
To enjoy your treatment fully please arrive at the allotted appointment time; there is no need to arrive early. Our appointment system allows extra time in each appointment to
allow for consultation prior to your treatment and the all important relaxation time, snuggled under the duvet in a warmed therapy couch following your treatment….. No need to panic if you are running a little late, we will do our upmost to ensure you still get your treatment.
If you have any health concerns or are on medication which may affect your treatment choice, please speak with one of our therapists in confidence, when booking or during your consultation. Some treatments require patch test Treatments on clients under 16 years of age require to be approved and supervised by an accompanying adult.
Group bookings are most welcome. However, we will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We also kindly request 7 days notice should you need to cancel the booking or the deposit will be non-refundable.
